Does The Emotional Culture Deck ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
The only countries we don't officially ship to are:
Anguilla, Antigua And Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Kiribati, Martinique, Montserrat, Nauru, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Niue, Norfolk Island, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre And Miquelon, Samoa, Sint Maarten, Solomon Islands, St. Vincent, Timor Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands, British, Wallis And Futuna
However we can organise special shipping rates if you live in these countries and still want to get some decks. So please email us to find out what it costs to ship to these places!
Who do you use to ship?
For the majority of our shipments, we use New Zealand Post. The Emotional Culture Deck is proudly designed and made here in New Zealand. So we’re proud to support our national postal service. For shipments of 10 or more decks and to more remote countries, we use DHL Express.
When will you ship my decks?
We ship products every Friday. But if you have a special event or workshop coming up and need the decks quicker, please send us an email and we’ll let you know how quickly we can get the packs to you – there will be additional express shipping costs associated with this – but we're happy to try out best to sort this for you.
What if my decks don't turn up?
In our experience, ten percent of shipments experience problems, such as hold-ups at customs, lost or damaged packages, incorrect addresses, receivers not available, or missing notifications. Such issues are beyond our scope of control which means we cannot guarantee a certain delivery date.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes on my order?

When will I receive my decks?
For all New Zealand orders:
The delivery target is no later than 10 days after your order. However, we try our earnest to get your decks delivered within 7 days from the day of your order.
For international orders:
Standard International shipping is 10-day delivery target from the date the carrier collects your package from us
Please be aware that these time-frames are just a target. If you need the decks quicker, please get in touch as we will do our best to help find a way to get them to you in the world as quickly as you need them. Also with the countries that are a little harder to ship to the delivery target is slightly longer and costs a little bit more.
How much does shipping cost?
It all depends on what you buy and what country you live in. When you go to checkout enter your shipping details, and the price will pop up.
Do you track the shipments?
Yes, we track all our shipments, and when your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking order.
Where can I get a NZ GST invoice with the GST amount shown in New Zealand Dollars?
If you're a New Zealand customer, we'll send you an email invoice with the GST amount shown in NZD.
